Released today, Renaissance Learning's What Kids Are Reading 2013 report highlights the top 40 books read by students in grades 1-12 during the 2011-2012 school year. Based on Accelerated Reader Quizzes taken by 8.6 million students, the fifth-edition report also looks at CCSS exemplars, required high school reading from 1907 to now, and what motivates students to select certain titles.
